关于禁止强迫劳动的政策声明 

Policy Statement on Prohibition of Forced Labor 



我公司严格遵守国家各项法律法规,严格执行以《中华人民共和国劳动法》为核心的法律体系来保障 本企业员工的合法权益,反对任何形式的强迫劳动。按照 LBMA 黄金白银供应链的管理要求,应禁止采购 有强迫劳动行为在内的所有矿产以及任何使用强迫劳工开采和加工的黄金白银,确保供应链符合 OECD 指 南的要求。 

Our company strictly complies with various national laws and regulations, rigorously implements the legal system centered around the Labor Law of the People's Republic of China to safeguard the legitimate rights and interests of our employees, and opposes any form of forced labor. In accordance with the management requirements of LBMA's Responsible Gold/Silver Supply Chain Due Diligence, the procurement of all minerals involving forced labor practices and any gold & silver mined and processed using forced labor should be prohibited to ensure supply chain compliance with the Organization for Economic Co-operation and Development (OECD) Guidelines. 


我公司已按照《LBMA 负责任黄金指南第 9 版》和《LBMA 负责任白银指南第 2 版》的要求公司以及 各供应商已遵守注册地及经营所在国家/地区的所有适用的关于劳动者保护的法律法规、行业要求,国际劳 工组织和联合国公约及其他法规,所采购物料均为合法取得且不涉及强迫劳动,特别承诺不涉及以下情况:

In accordance with the requirements of the 9 th Edition of LBMA Responsible Gold Guidance and 2 nd Edition of LBMA Responsible Silver Guidance, our company and all suppliers have complied with all applicable laws and regulations concerning labor protection in the countries/regions of registration and operation, as well as industry requirements, International Labor Organization (ILO) standards, United Nations Convention, and other regulations. All procured materials are obtained legally and do not involve forced labor. We specifically commit not to be involved in the following situations: 

1、强迫性劳动:在惩罚的威胁下所榨取的非志愿性的工作或服务。 

1、Forced labor: Non-voluntary work or services extracted under the threat of punishment. 

2、暴力:是指用人单位直接以身体强制的手段强迫劳动者为用人单位服务。

2、Violence: Direct physical coercion by an employer to force a worker to serve the employer.

3、威胁:是指用人单位以将要实行暴力或反对劳动者的其它损害为强迫劳动的手段。 

3、Threat: Employers' use of violence or other means of harm against workers as a method of forced labor.

4、非法限制人身自由:是指采用拘留、禁闭或其它强制方法非法剥夺或限制他人按照自己的意志支配自己 的身体活动的自由的行为。

4、Illegal restriction of personal freedom: The illegal deprivation or restriction of others' freedom to control theirown bodily activities according to their own will through detention, confinement, or other coercive methods. 


严格遵守各国家相关法律法规,以及国际劳工组织与联合国公约其它相关强制规定。我公司严格按照 《供应链尽职调查政策》进行内部审查以及对各供应商开展尽职调查,我公司及供应商均不存在强迫劳动 的行为。有关强迫劳动的申诉可通过以下渠道反应:

Strict compliance with relevant laws and regulations of each country, as well as other mandatory provisions of the ILO standards and United Nations Convention.Our company strictly conducts internal reviews in accordance with the Supply Chain Due Diligence Policy and carries out due diligence on all suppliers. Neither our company nor our suppliers engage in forced labor practices. Complaints regarding forced labor can be reported through the following channels:
